Having studied art through to 6th year studies at school, I took a 20 year break - yes 20 years!

When I reduced my working day hours it seemed to free up space in my creative brain and I started to daydream about what I'd like to try and paint again, just like flipping a switch (I honestly thought I'd lost my talent).

I love mixed media, from oil to acrylic paint, pastels and resin, I love it All! Abstract, figurative and more recently fluid art.

I started fluid art 5 years ago and it definitely gave me the confidence to use my paint brushes once again.

I've been back painting the last 12 years and I've painted every day since.
